Breakfast:
Carnation 
1 c milk (1%)
PB foldover

Lunch:
salad
miso soup
gyoza, 4
crunchy crab roll
orange slice

Snack:
1 apple, small

Dinner:
broiled salmon patties, 2
broccoli, steamed
green beans

Exercise:
None.  My knee has been hurting and I haven't had a day of rest in about a week, so I figured it was time.
