Thursday, June 11

Exercise:
20 min jog

Note: Felt really good to get back into running and the run was easy; just got bored toward end b/c iPod died. I think I did the same pace as the 5K so I ran ~2 miles.  Don't feel as tired at work.

Breakfast:
Usual

Lunch:
turkey sandwich
carrots

Snack:
apple
peach

Dinner:
8 boneless honey bbq wings
roasted vegetables
