Exercise:
Jillian: Level 3
Note: This workout doesn't feel as satisfying as Level 2 b/c I don't do all the jumping for fear of my joints. So Level 3 is disappointing since it feels as hard as Level 2, but without the gratification. However, my upper body is going to be stellar with all the pushups and planks.
